13-week assignment with the option to extend

4 days per week, 10 hour shifts

EMR/Charting Software: epic
Patient Age Group: adults

Requirements:
Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: BE/BC
State License(s): OR license required
Certifications: BLS
DEA Req’d?: yes
Providers must have oncology experience and we do prefer AOCNP certification.

Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
