Hem/Onc NP/PA Needed in NY

Start: 2/3/2025

13 week assignment with the option to extend

5x8 hour shifts

Work Details:

· Facility Type: Cancer facility

· Practice Setting: Clinic

· EMR/Charting Software: EPIC

· Vaccines Mandatory?: Yes

· Avg. Daily Census: 14/day

· Beds: 27

· Patient Age Group: Adults

· Procedures: **No procedures required but MUST have Oncology experience. Will work in collaboration with the attending physician and will provide comprehensive health assessments and develop a plan of care for the patient population. Will also document in the medical record by recording subjective, objective data, assessment and plan records data in a consistent, legible, accurate, concise and timely manner. Will provide patient/family education and utilize prescriptive authority working in collaboration with the attending physician. Able to perform majority of patient care functions needed in the acute care setting with minimal orientation and supervision

Requirements:

· Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: Required

· State License(s): NY

· Certifications: ACLS, BLS

· CSR Req’d: no

· DEA Req’d?: yes

· Years of Experience Req’d: 2+

Credentialing Timeframe: 8-10 weeks
