Location: Portland

Start: December

13 week assignment with the option to extend

Patient population: Adult Hematologic Malignancies and Cellular Therapy (BMT, CAR-T, bispecifics)

Average census: ~50-55 patients (occasionally reaching 60s)

Patients/APP/day: 8-10 patients/APP depending on census volume and staffing
Shifts: 3x12-hr shifts per week (Mon-Sun, 7a-7p), varying days depending on staffing needs but will attempt to cluster shift stretches.

Schedule: schedules are completed ~2 months in advance
