ENT PA-C needed in Berlin, NH (Perm Position)
Full-time office based practice
Provides ENT, allergy, and selected dermatology services to new and established patients of all ages
Evaluation and treatment of common conditions of ear, nose, throat, mouth, sinuses, salivary glands, face and neck
Medication management; monitoring of medication compliance
Education/counseling
Ordering diagnostic tests
Referral to ENT surgeon for operative procedures (e.g., tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, tympanostomy tubes, endoscopic sinus surgery, skin cancer surgery)
Referral to related other specialties (e.g., audiology, cardiology, neurology, pulmonology, sleep medicine)
Performance of common ENT and facial skin procedures
Communication with PCP’s.
EMR: Meditech Expanse
PA-C, NH license, DEA, BLS, and COVID vaccine required
$106,664 with ENT/allergy experience (0.8 FTE)
$90,664 for year 1 if no ENT/allergy experience (0.8 FTE)
The maximum annual Good Citizenship Bonus per Fiscal Year is $10,000.
Eligible to receive additional compensation for high levels of clinical productivity as measured by w/RVU
Vacation, 5 weeks per year
Up to 5 sick days, 6 holidays per year
CME - 2 weeks per year, plus up to $4,500 CME funds
Commencement bonus, Citizenship bonus, and Productivity bonus eligible
