Geriatrics Nurse Practitioner Needed in Newton, NC

Job description

Specialty: Geriatrics- Open to Adult with Geriatric experience.
Start Date: 8/12
Contract Length: 2 weeks with the ability to extend if needed
Shift Details: Mon- Fri 40hr
Schedule: 0830-1700
Work Details:
· Support staff: 2 additional NP’s
· Amount of coverage needed per month: 10 shifts to the end of Aug
· Patients per day: 5-10
· Patient population/age: 55 and older
· Department Description: Geriatric Outpatient
· EMR: TrueChart proprietary to Pace
· Special procedures: high acuity cases, diabetes, high blood pressure etc
Practice Setting:
• Outpatient
Requirements:
· Board Certification:
· License required: NC
· DEA: Yes
· Minimum experience required: 2 years

• Full time or part time
