NP Adult Medicine Needed in CA

Location: Napa

Start: December

13-week assignment with the option to extend

3, Day (12 Hours) 7:00 - 16:00

Schedule:

This is a FULL TIME need so we do prefer to find one provider to work the entire job but we will consider two if need be.

They will work in the clinic for 3 days then will spend the other days doing documentation, home visits, or skilled nursing facility visits. 90% of the work is clinic based, 10% is home visits and nursing home visits. Call is not required

Work Details:
· Support staff: Yes
· Patients per shift: 4
· Department description: NP will be working independently so please ensure they have the number of years of experience to do so. They will not be 100% on their own but their day to day work in the clinic will be independent
· EMR: Epic
· Skills required: Preferred experience in long term care and geriatric medicine/experience in geriatric adult medicine

Practice Setting:
• Outpatient

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Yes
· License required: Active CA License
· Certifications required: BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: asap
