A rural hospital is seeking a general surgeon for locum tenens coverage.

About the clinician's workday
The role includes in-clinic follow-up, procedures, rounding, and operating room duties. Clinic hours are Tuesday all day, Wednesday afternoon, and Friday until noon. Surgery is scheduled for full days on Monday and Thursday, with Wednesday morning also dedicated to surgery. The facility has 130 beds, handles no trauma cases, and the credentialing process takes about 90 days.
