Location: OR
Rate: Hourly/Daily plus expenses (Flight, Hotel, Rental Car)
Need: Locum General Surgeon Physician
Certs Needed: OR active license, DEA
EMR: Epic
Setting: Inpatient, 1-3 calls/day
Shift times: 7a-7a
Dates open: Aug 9-11, Sept 6-9, ongoing dates as well.
Other info: Level 4, critical access hospital
