Opportunity: Dates of Coverage: 06/12/24 0700 to 06/17/24 0700 06/28/24 0700 to 07/08/24 0700 07/26/24 0700 to 07/29/24 0700 Schedule (Shifts and Hours): 24 Hours Call Schedule: 7Am to 7Am 1 Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 3 Trauma Level/Designation: Level 2 Trauma Center Documentation System/EMR: AEHR Number of Operating Rooms: 20 plus Number of General Surgeons in Practice: 2 Procedures Required: General Surgical Cases Pediatric, General Surgical Cases Neonatal, Chest Wall/Pleural Procedures, Central Line Insertion,Chest Tube Insertion, Vascular Surgery(Thoracic, Abdominal), Laparoscopic Surgery(Cholecystectomy, Hernioplasty,Nissen Fundoplication), Additional Procedures for Physicians Trained as Pediatric Surgeons (Atresias - Esophageal, Atresias - Intestinal, Atresias - Biliary, Abdominal Wall Defects - Gastroschisis, Umbilical Defects - Omphalocele, Umbilical Defects - Hernia, Imperforate Anus. Compensation: Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
