Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical Unit
Location: Boston, MA, United States

Job Description:
We need caring nurses to join our team in the Medical Surgical Unit. You'll help patients feel better using our special care approach. We offer good pay and support.

Job Responsibilities:
Take care of patients in the Medical Surgical Unit. This includes checking them, making plans for their care, and teaching them about their health.
Work closely with other healthcare workers, patients, and families.
Keep patient records updated on the computer.
Follow our rules and policies.
Help improve our care quality.

Job Requirements:
Must be a registered nurse in Massachusetts.
It's good if you have at least 1 year of nursing experience.
You need Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Some units require Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) too.
You can have a nursing diploma, associate's, or bachelor's degree. We prefer bachelors. If you don't have one, you should get it within 4 years.
You should be good at talking and writing.
You need to be physically able to do the job.
You should know how to use a computer.
Knowing another language is a bonus.
