Chenega Government Mission Solutions, LLC, a Chenega Professional Services’ company, is looking for a Family Practice Physician – Locum Tenens in support of Oklahoma IHS in Carnegie, OK. The Carnegie Indian Health Clinic is a part of the Lawton Indian Health Center, and is a Joint Commission accredited federal facility in Oklahoma. To meet our mission, certified Family Practice Physician care is medical modality that has been deemed necessary to augment the services as such are necessary to support and supplement health care within the hospital.

The number of patients to be seen shall be no less than an estimated 20 per eight (8) hour work day.
Examine, diagnose, and develop treatment plans and recommendations for patients seen.
Recommend and refer patients to other Indian Health Service providers and Purchase Referred Care
vendors within appropriate IHS guidelines.
The physician shall be proficient in electronically documenting services utilizing the appropriate
electronic medical record system for patient encounters; complete all required administrative paperwork
within 24-hours of patient visit to include electronic consults, co-signatures, completion of chart or Risk
Management Reviews, unusual occurrences and peer review, as required.
The physician shall be responsible for actions necessary for The Joint Commission (TJC) standard compliance and administrative policies, as directed.
Provide consultation to the Hospital Emergency Department health care providers on an as needed basis.
Provide physician service and staff urgent care clinic, as needed.
