New Primary Care Locum Need in Massachusetts!

Start Date: ASAP (as soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing
Shift Details: Part-time or Full-Time
Schedule: On-site, no call

Work Details:
• Patients per Day: 20-22 for MDs; 16-18 for APPs. Most appointments are 20 minutes.
• Clinical Sessions: Each session is 4 hours, totaling 32 hours of patient-facing time per week. Additionally, providers have two administrative sessions (8 hours total) per week, which can be completed remotely. Many doctors work 4 days on-site and 1 day from home.
o AM Session: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
o PM Session: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM
o Evening Session: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM (Tuesdays and Thursdays only)

Department Description: Bread and butter primary care

Practice Setting: Must see all ages, with a balanced mix of Pediatrics, Adults, Adolescents, and Geriatrics. The patient load is diverse, translators are available on-site.

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Required; must be BC/BE. New MD graduates will be considered!
• License: Active MA license required.
• Certifications: DEA, CSR, BLS, ACLS, PALS, MCSR
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
