Mon - Fri; Sat & Sun shifts
8am-9pm; 8am-2pm
40 hours/wk (will consider PT providers)
Must have a D.C. license
BC or BE
CDS and DEA
20-25 patients daily
Patient ages 2 years and up
Full support staff
