Locums Primary Care/Outpatient Internal Medicine Physician in North Haven, CT

Job description

- Start Date: ASAP or as soon as credentialed
- Assignment length: 6 months with potential to extend
- Credentialing timeframe: Trying to get approval for temporary privileges. Typical timeline is 90-120 days
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, day shift, 8a – 5pm, 40 hours per week
- 1 full time provider is preferred but they are open to piecing the schedule together if necessary
- Patient type: all adult patients, no kids
- Experience: 2-3 years preferred. Need a doctor that will not need any additional training
- EMR: Epic
- Local candidates are preferred but they are open to travelers
- CT license is required
