- Location: Fremont
- Will take FM, IM, or GP
- Schedule: M-F; 8a-5p: Thursday has to be 10a-7p; 1 hour lunch
- 21 patients per day
- Has MA, RN, and LVN support, as well as heard office manager is an MA as well
- Can hire in a week, 3 week credentialing
- EMR: Epic
- Would like a 3 month contract, No On call
- 40 hours, no opportunity for OT, unless approved by staff
