Schedule: Monday – Thursday

Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: every week ongoing for 3 months
• All ages
• Common cold
• managing common complaints
• recognizing important diseases
• uncovering hidden conditions
• managing most acute and chronic illnesses
• Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic
• Travel Logistics: Airport name: Medford, OR
• Board Certification: Family Practice or Internal Medicine (must see all ages)
• License Required: YES – CA license
• DEA: Yes
• CSR: No
• Certifications Preferred: BLS
• Minimum Experience Required: Min of a year of experience
• Credentialing Timeframe: 2 weeks
