Job description

- Facility located in Forrest City, Arkansas (eastern AR)
- Coverage dates: August – December 31, with the potential to extend into 2023
o Facility highly prefers a candidate to commit 1 year
- Credentialing timeframe: roughly 6-8 weeks
- Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Average 12-16 patients per day, all adults
- Primary Care cases, sick/well visits, some chronic care coverage like hypertension/diabetes, light trauma cases such as suturing
- Facility uses EMR, will provide training
- Travel/lodging provided
