Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Employment Type: Full Time / Part Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shift Availability: Morning-Evening-Night.

Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide essential care to patients in a [facility type, e.g., hospital, long-term care facility]. The CNA will assist patients with daily activities and help maintain a safe, supportive environment for both patients and the healthcare team.

Responsibilities:
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
Report any changes in patient condition to nurses or medical staff.
Help patients move safely around the facility, providing mobility assistance when needed.
Maintain a clean and comfortable environment, including changing linens and assisting with patient hygiene.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care.
Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:
Current CNA certification in state of practice.
High school diploma or GED.
BLS/CPR Certification preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine commitment to providing high-quality care.
