Job description

Length of contract: 90 day contract with the potential for an extension
• Start date: December 15, 2024
• Coverage Type: scheduled hours
• Schedule Details: Monday-Friday; 6:00am - 3:00pm; 1-hour lunch. No weekends or on-call requirements. We are closed for major holidays.
Work Details:
• Practice Setting: private on-site clinic. The role involves collaborating with other health professionals to deliver insightful, compassionate care that has a positive impact on the well-being of factory employees.
• EMR/Charting Software: tbd
• Avg. Daily Census: catering to approximately 340 people
• Patient Age Group: adult
Procedures: Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services to factory employees, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions, conducting physical exams, and ensuring employees' overall well-being. Urgent Care: Respond promptly to and administer care for urgent on-site medical cases, accidents, and injuries. Interdisciplinary Care: Coordinate with off-site healthcare providers and specialists for employee referrals and continuity of care. Prescribing Medications: Prescribe appropriate medications following established guidelines and monitor medication management, educating patients on proper usage
