FNP/PA-C needed in Colebrook NH (Perm Position)
Rural Outpatient Clinic
18-24 patients per day
36 patient hours, 4hrs of admin time - NO CALL
Pediatric through Geriatric
High elderly population
Experienced in Chronic Disease Management
Supported by an RN Team leader and medical assistant
EMR: Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation
Must have minimum of 2 years in practice in outpatient primary care, rural health clinic experience preferred
FNP/PA-C, NJ license, ACLS, BLS and COVID vaccine required
$120,000 - $130,000 USD
