Specialty: Nurse Practitioner
Start Date: 4/22
Contract Length: (6 months)
Shift Details: M-F 8-5pm
Schedule:
*Facility may propose a 2 week on 2 week off block schedule or 3-4 day a week schedule if provider is open to it

Work Details:
· Support Staff: Robust team of MA’s onsite along w/ an MD
· Patients per day: 20 a day
· Patient Population/Age: Mostly aging population
· EMR: CPSI transitioning to Cerner
· Special Procedures: In office cyst or wart removals, nothing major. Some surgery capacity in clinic but mostly at hospital.
Practice Setting: Clinic/Private Practice

Rural healthcare setting, North/Central WA (Fishing, Hiking, World class skiing North in Canada). Affordable housing options, near a big lake, Good schools in community. They have a few new grads that hike, mountain bike & fish regularly

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Required Yes
· License Required: Y-WA
· Certifications Preferred: Suicide prevention training (not required) can do here. It’s a state requirement that takes several hours to complete
· Certifications Required: BLS
· Minimum Experience Required: Open
DEA required- Yes
CSR required- Yes
Credentialing Timeframe: 21 days, must have active WA license and currently credentialed w/ WA state for Medicare/Medicaid billing
Interview Process: 2 step process
Willing To License?: NO but will work with a provider who has a WA license that has lapsed less than 2 yrs ago, Open to providers from OR, WA & ID
