Locums Gastroenterology Physician Needed in South Carolina!

Job description

• Specialty: Gastroenterology
• Length of Contract: 6 months
• Cases /Procedures: PEG (preferred)
• Skills Required: GI Endoscopy (upper and lower) w/biopsy, foreign body removal, fulguration of bleeder (cautery vs laser), banding of varices, Esophageal dilation/manometry, small bowel biopsy, sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy w/biopsy and excision of polyp.
The following procedures are not required: Internal Medicine, ERCP, EUS, Liver biopsy, Esophageal manometry interpretation or Insertion/mgmt. of Sengstaken or Blakemore tube.
• Board Certification: Yes
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days
