Gastroenterologist Needed in Westerly, Rhode Island

Start: September/October

26 week assignment with the option to extend

Shifts/Schedules: 5, 8-hours shifts; 8a-4p clinic. Mixture of inpatient/outpatient and night call. No weekends

Work Details:
• Support staff: Nurses, MA
• Amount of coverage needed per month: 5, 8-hour shifts a week
• Patients per day: 15 – 20
• Patient population/age: Adults
• Department description: Gastroenterology
• EMR: EPIC
• Hospital bed size: 108
• Skills required: General GI cases. No ERCP/EUS required. Mostly Endoscopies.

Practice Setting:
• Clinic

Requirements:
• Board Certification: Board Certification Required
• State license required: Yes, State of RI
• DEA: Yes
• CSR: No
• Certifications required: ACLS, BLS
• Minimum experience required: 2+ Years

Credentialing Timeframe: 12 – 14 weeks
