Gastroenterologist Needed in RI (will license)

Job description

I have a client in Westerly, RI (close to CT) seeking an experienced Gastroenterologist for locum coverage starting in September. Please see a few details below:

• 6-month assignment
• Support staff:   Nurses, MAs
• Coverage Type: Inpatient
• Schedule Details: 8a-4p clinic. A mixture of inpatient/outpatient and night call.

Work Details:
• Facility Type: Hospital
• Practice Setting: Clinic
• EMR/Charting Software: EPIC
• Vaccines Mandatory?: Yes
• Avg. Daily Census: 15-20/day
• Beds: 108
• Patient Age Group: Adults
• Procedures: General GI cases. No ERCP/EUS required. Mostly Endoscopies.

Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: Required
• State License(s): RI
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• DEA Req’d?: yes
• Years of Experience Req’d: 2+

Credentialing Timeframe: 12-14 weeks
