3 Gastroenterologists Needed in PA

Job description

I have a client in Carlisle, PA who is seeking 3 experienced Gastroenterologists for locum coverage starting in August. Here are some details.

3 months ongoing

Start date: August

Support staff: Other specialties onsite: IR and ICU

Coverage Type: 24hr call coverage only 7a-7a, no outpatient

Schedule Details: Hospital call coverage, consults and procedures as needed. There is rounding required while on call, patients admitted on the floors, patients in the ED etc.

Work Details:
EMR/Charting Software: epic
Avg. Daily Census: 5-10 admissions daily while on call
Patient Age Group: adults
Procedures: Colonoscopy, EGD, ERCP Preferred, Pegs

Requirements:
Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: BC/BE
State License(s): PA required
Certifications: ACLS/BLS
DEA Req’d?: yes
Years of Experience Req’d: 5

Credentialing
Timeframe: 60 days
