A large hospital is seeking a gastroenterology nurse practitioner for locum tenens coverage.

About the clinician's workday
Primary responsibilities include rounding on 10-15 inpatients daily and handling 15 consults per day, with no procedures required, for patients aged 20-75. A locum APP will staff weeks and weekends. Two scheduling models are available: 7 AM - 7 PM, either 7 days on/7 days off (Mon-Sun) or a rotating schedule of 5 days one week (Mon, Tue, Fri-Sun) and 2 days the next week (Wed, Thu).
