Family Practice Physician needed in Ocean Shores, WA

Job description

Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Contract Length: 3 months, possibility to extend
Shift Details: 8a-5p, 40hrs/week. 8-hour work day with 1 hour unpaid lunch.
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Work Details:
· Patients per day: 21 patients
· Patient Population/Age: Comfortable working with all ages.
· Department Description: Community Health Center. They service migrants and refugees and have interpretative services available on-site. Provider is not required to be bilingual, but would be a plus.
· EMR: EPIC
· Special Procedures: Basic bread and butter procedures. Injections, IUD placement, minor wound care.
· Skills Required: Expected to hit the ground running. There will be a 1 week with onsite orientation but will be expected to begin patient care by day 3.
Practice Setting:
• Outpatient ambulatory setting- Community Health Center
Requirements:
· Board Certification: BC or BE
· License Required: Active WA license required
· DEA: Active WA DEA required
Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks
