Washington Family Physician Need

Job description

Provider to see patients of all ages with a 4-10 hour shift schedule (Tuesdays through Fridays from 8am-6pm) starting as soon as credentialed/privileged for 3-6 months to start with the possibility to extend while we are recruiting for this position. The locum provider must be willing to establish care/accept and manage patients into their practice while we are recruiting with the plan to transition their patients to the newly recruited provider. We would prefer a provider with 3-5 years of previous family practice clinic experience. It would be great if they were able to do OB, chronic pain, Suboxone, CDLs physicals, and L & I/COHE (Worker’s Comp) visits but these aren’t required.
