Family Physician- Washington

Job description

Start Date: As soon as credentialed

Contract Length: 3 months, possibility to extend

Shift Details: 8a-5p, 40hrs/week. 8 hour work day with 1 hour unpaid lunch.

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Work Details:
· Patient Population/Age: Newborns-Geriatrics. Provider should be comfortable working with all ages.
· Department Description: Community Health Center. Providers must have experience in these settings or express interest in working with vulnerable populations. They service migrants and refugees and have interpretative services available on-site. Provider is not required to be bilingual, but would be a plus.
· EMR: EPIC
· Special Procedures: Basic bread and butter procedures. Injections, IUD placement, minor wound care.
· Skills Required: Expected to hit the ground running. There will be a 1 week ramp up with onsite orientation but will be expected to begin patient care by day 3.

Practice Setting:
• Outpatient ambulatory setting- Community Health Center

Requirements:
· Board Certification: BC or BE
· License Required: Active WA license required. Will not consider non-licensed candidates
· DEA: Active WA DEA required
· Certifications Required: Will be discussed at time of credentialing. If any certs are required, provider will be responsible for obtaining. (BLS, ACLS, etc.)
· Minimum Experience Required: MUST have clean background. No malpractice will be considered.
Credentialing Timeframe: 2-4 weeks
