Location: Vermont
Rate: Hourly, expenses paid as needed, flight, hotel, rental car
LOA: Starting July 8, 2024 - December 31st, 2024, ongoing past Dec if needed
License: IMLC accepted, Need VT license
Certs: VT license, BC/BE-IM/FM, BLS, DEA
Schedule: Client open to M-F, Prefer Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 8-5p.
Credentialing: ASAP
Other info: Primary Care Clinic, No supervision of NP's etc. Epic EMR. 100% Adults, 6 member team. Strong support from RN's, LPN's and MA's.
