Coverage Type: scheduled and call
Schedule Details: Hours are 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, M-F with every 6th weekday on call ( 5:00 PM-8:00 AM), and on-call one weekend/ every 6 weeks.

Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
