Houston Family Medicine Need

Job description

• Monday through Thursday is 8a-5:45p
• Friday is 8a-1p
• No after hours call
• Basic primary care with some women's health as well.
• Must be comfortable seeing all ages including birth
• Provider will be seeing 80% adults with 20% peds. As the practice grows, they hope to be closer to 50/50
• Will see about 18-20 patients per day in hopes of getting to 24-30 in the next few months
• Must be board certified in FM
• Must be local to Houston area
• Prefer someone who will consider staying perm, but also open to true-locums
• Prefer someone with CHC experience and also HIV care
• Will be supervising NP/PAs and working with LVNs and MAs
• Spanish speaking is a plus but not required
• EMR is E-Clinical Works
