Job description

Facility Type: Hospital
· Practice Setting: Clinic
· EMR/Charting Software: E-Clinical
· Reason for need: Provider departure
· General Internal Med cases; Chronic conditions, Acute care, underserved patients.
· Avg. Daily Census: 16
· Will have one week of EMR training/shadowing
· Ideal candidate can speak Spanish. About 30% of patient population
· Highly prefers drive in candidates but open to travel candidates
· Can have someone start ASAP. Will back bill while they are waiting on credentialing

Requirements:
· Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: Required
· State License(s): Yes
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days
