Family Practice Physician needed in Warrenton, OR! $130/hour

Job description

Length of contract: 3+ months
• Start date: ASAP
• Coverage Type: scheduled hours
• Schedule Details: Clinic hours will be - 4-10h days. As of right now we would more than likely have them work Mon, Wed-Fri 0800-1800 – could change
Work Details:
• Facility Type: Clinic
• EMR/Charting Software: Cerner
• Avg. Daily Census: 20 patients/day, 20 & 40-minute slots.
• Beds: 25-bed
• Patient Age Group: all ages, with an emphasis on geriatric patients.
Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician
• State License(s): Valid OR license or ability to renew if had one in the past
• Certifications: tbd
• DEA Req’d?: yes
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days

• 13 weeks with option to extend
• No weekends or call
