MD or DO
Start Date: 10/1/24 (4 week credentialing)
Contract Length: 4 months
Strictly outpatient , M-F 8-5
Bread and butter outpatient
Patients per day: 20
EMR: RPMS
Prefer VA/military/Indian Health experience - Not required
Board certified or board eligible
License Required: OK state license not required
Certifications Required- BLS + ACLS
