Job description

. Specialty: FP or IM and MD or DO
. Start Date: ASAP
. Contract Length: 6 months
. Shift Details: Strictly outpatient, M-F 8-5
. Up to $130/hour
. Patients per day: 20
. EMR: RPMS
. Prefer VA/military/Indian Health experience
. Bread and butter outpatient
. Board Certification: Board certified or board eligible (has to be through ABMS or AOA)
. License Required: OK state license not required
. Certifications Required- BLS + ACLS
. Credentialing Timeframe: 4-week timeline
