Family Medicine Physician Needed
Must Have At Least 5 Years of Experience
Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine
Monday through Friday
8A to 5P
No more than 18 patients
1 Advanced Practitioner for Support
EPIC EMR
90 Credential
Provider cannot start until fully credentialed
Must have active DEA and Active Oklahoma License
Locum to Perm is a Plus
