Job description

Schedule: M-F 8am - 5pm
- or 10 4hr shifts

Dates: ASAP, ongoing
- 1-2 weeks credentialing on average

Scope:
- Adults only
- Chronic and some minor acute care
- Sick/well visits, and physicals

*Outpatient clinic with full support staff
*Patients are scheduled, and escorted to you; guard is always present
*Malpractice insurance covered
