Job description

• In Mid-Town next to Times Square
• ASAP- minimum of 3 months
• FP- BC
• Clinic open Mon-Sa 8-7
• Will consider candidate who can only work 4 days per week- must they must work every other Saturday
• Standard Primary Care w/ sick & well visits & chronic care
• ALL AGES MANDATORY-75% adult but must see under 18
• EMR: eClinicalWorks
• No Lodging- public transportation required & reimbursed
