Nov. 15 (10am-5pm)
Every Sunday (10am-4pm)

LOA: Ongoing through 2025

Credentialing: 1-3 weeks

Work Schedule: Clinic hours are Mon - Fri (10am - 5pm) and Sun (10am - 4pm)

Patient Volume: Varies

Procedures: Sick and well visits

EMR: E-Clinical Works

Certifications: BC-FM and preferably credentialed with Medicaid (although not a deal breaker)

Relevant Exp: Family Practice (ages 3+)
