Job description

• Community Health Center based
• Must have experience
• BE/BC (strongly prefer board certified)
• NO new grads
• 6 month assignment (with possibility to extend)
• 18-22 patients per day
• 9a-5p (w/ 30 minute lunch)
• Full Time
• Must be able to do a minimum of at least 4 days a week
• Full support staff
• Credentialing is a week or less
• Parking is paid for
• EMR: ECW
• NO T&L

• 6 month assignment
• full time (four days a week minimum)
