Job description

• 60 day credentialing
• Will be ongoing assignment until perm is identified
• Open to BC/BE FP or FNP
• Working with 2 RNs, 2 MAs and 6 other NP/PAs
• Toe Nail removal, ear lavage, suture, cyro for wart, lesions, and skin tag removal,
• This is at a rural primary health clinic and the provider also fills meds from our drug room as there is no pharmacy in our county.
• Must have ACLS and PALS
• Able to see from womb to tomb (all ages). The provider will not have any on-call hours or admitting privileges.
• Needs to be able to urgent care and primary care. We very occasionally have patients that come in for wound care, sutures, or other urgent care. All patients needing a higher of level of care gets transported by our local EMS.
• We use NextGen for our electronic health records. Must be comfortable being a solo provider. Provider will have access to medical director.
• Ear lavage, cryo, paps, toe nail removal, sutures, and must be able to give a limited number of injections like Rocephin when only the CMA and not the RN is working.
• Our clinics are open 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
