***Locum - Physician - Family Medicine***
Shift: Monday – Friday 8a-5p, No call
DETAILS:
As soon as credentialed - ongoing until perm hired
EMR: Epic
Support staff: 2-3 midlevel, MAs, triage nurses, BH consult team
Ambulatory, walk-ins, full range, after hospital stay visits. 20 min appts, some telehealth
20+ patients per day, very fast paced
All ages, newborn to death.
Underserved population. Sees any insurance, Medicaid, Medicare.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
Board Certified FM or IM
MI license
Needs at least 5 years experience
Comfortable with a fast paced environment and all basic procedures
Comfortable with EMR
Clean background/no malpractice
Provider must be fully vaccinated for Covid
