Job description

• BE/BC, Open to multiple providers
• ASAP - Ongoing need
• Mon-Fri, 8:30a - 5p (can be flexible on hours)
• 18-20 patients a day
• 75% Adult 25% Children
• Full support staff
• Well checks, diagnosing, basic outpatient clinical duties
• T&L will be considered for the right candidate
• EMR: Athena
