• Patient hours: Mon – Thurs 8a-5p
• Operatories: 4
• # Dentists at Practice: 1- current dentist will be retiring 12/31/2023
• Breaks: 12-1p lunch closure
• Practice Mgmt Software: Eaglesoft
• Services: General dentist
• Insurance: fee for service; some private pay; no gov’t
• Patient base: Family practice
• Average # Patients/day: 25-30 DDS and RDH

• 6 month assignment
• Family practice
• 4 days per week
