FM/IM Locum Need Near Indianapolis, IN

Job description

Looking for a FP/IM who can start immediately once credentialing is complete (which can be done in 4-5 weeks)
We need someone who can work 4 or 5 days per week for at least 4-5 months continuously like a Full time.


Indianapolis, IN Area
This is a Mon (8am) - Fri (4.45pm) position
We are looking for a provider who can work as a full time locum from Monday to Friday (no weekend coverage needed)
Starting immediately (with reasonable time for credentialing). Ongoing need.
How many patients per shift would the provider see? 25-30
Working with 2 physicians, 3 NPs
The volume is 25-30 patients per physician or shared amongst 2 physicians ? Per physician
Patient population is 100% adult
EPIC EMR
Travel and Lodging available
