FM physician needed MWF- 3 days a week in Chicago

Job description

• Must speak another language, Spanish or Arabic preferred
• EMR- Yes
• Potential to extend after 3 months? Yes- they would want 6 months to start
• ASAP start date
• Female-Unsure if this still applies
• CPR and DEA- Yes
• FM/IM/PC- 3+ years of experience
• Call coverage 5 days and one weekend every 6 weeks, have screening service.
• 12-18 PPD- 15-30 min
• Clinic shut down from 12-1:15, Mandatory 12-12:30 Lunch, 12:30-1:15 Admin time that is PAID.
• Ages 5+
• Staff Make up: Management support, 30 minute team meetings in the morning, front desk staff, 1 MA per Dr., 0.5 RN per Dr.
• Collaborating physician to APN or PA. 30 minute Admin time, once a week PAID.
• 2 week cred
