Outpatient Family Practice needed in Chicago!

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Length: 6 months

Shift Details:
-All outpatient
-Will only be required to work 40 hours weekly and one Saturday a month.

Work Details:
-Patients per day: 24-26 patients per day
-EMR: Athena
-Case/Procedure Experience: They will be seeing patients ages 0-99

*If they can't see peds that may be okay (not preferable though) because there is someone else who can help with peds. There is not someone to help with geriatric, so they have to be comfortable with the older patient base.
*There is a lot of chronic illness

Requirements:
License Required: IL license is required, will not license
Credentialing Timeframe: 45+ days
New grads? No, will not review new grads
