Specialty: Family Medicine
Start Date: ASAP (3-4 week credentialing)
Contract thru the end of the year to start
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:30-5:30

Work Details:
· Support staff: 1 RN, 2 MA, 1 PA/NP, 3 Office Staff
· Patients per day: 20
· EMR: Epic

Requirements:
· Board Certification: Eligible or certified
Must be able to see all ages
BLS
GA license in hand

• Quick credentialing
