Location: Georgia (GA) - Clinic Setting

Support Staff: 1 additional Physician onsite and 1 Advanced Practice Provider (APP) twice a week (Monday and Tuesday through July)

Coverage Type: Clinic

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with 1-hour lunch break. Need is through August 13, with potential for extension due to current provider on FMLA.

DEA Certification Required: Yes
Credentialing Timeframe: Able to accommodate temporary coverage for immediate start
